This blush in the shade Yearning won me over! The color payoff is just right and it shows up great on my neutral skin tone without needing a lot of building. The formula feels soft and lightweight. It blends out so smooth and gives my cheeks that natural flush that looks blurring on my skin. It has held up well throughout the day and never looks cakey, or heavy, even on my dry patches. What I love most is that this shade shows up well both in person and on camera, making it easy to grab for no matter the look! I can wear it light on my light makeup days or I can layer it for a more bold look which I love!

Great blurred blush formula!
I have been testing this product for the past few weeks and I’ve really enjoyed it! The texture of the blush itself is quite interesting. It almost looks like it would be a squishy putty but when you touch it with your fingers it doesn’t press in at all and feels more like a powder. This unique texture is what gives the blush its blurry effect on the skin. While it does have a blurred effect on the cheeks I still find that it maintains a nice natural skin finish once applied, not too matte and not glowy. I find that I get all day wear on this where I can distinctly still see it on my cheeks at the end of the day. I have had success applying this blush with both synthetic and natural bristle brushes as well as with my fingers. The color sweet whisper is a neutral pink. I will point out that this shade does appear lighter on the face than in the pan. I was expecting a bit of a deeper color based on what it looked like in the pan, but because it has such a light airy texture it doesn’t pick up that opaque on application and makes the color look lighter. Overall, I really like this formula for its long wear and natural finish on the skin!

the perfect rosy cheeks
I love this shade in particular because it’s a bit deeper and it takes less layers to build up the pigment in comparison to other shades within this line!
