U.S. SHIPPING

General Information

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S territories:
  • Orders are filled and shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of credit approval.
  • For security purposes, and to protect our customers, we do not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make sure that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's records.

Processing Time

  • Order verification and processing normally take one business day:
  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders received between Monday and Friday will be processed the same day or by the end of next business day.
  • Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by Monday, or by close of business day Tuesday.

*Processing time for orders placed during promotion and holiday periods may take up to 10 business days.

Delivery Times

  • USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.
  • For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only.
  •  Orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time.
  • Most orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected within 2 - 4 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Please send us an email to help@MOIRAbeauty.com with your order details; this should include items you would like to purchase and destination address including country. We will get back to you with available carrier services and rates based on the information you provided.

*Please note, some countries will not be eligible for international shipping.

FOR ALL SHIPPING (U.S. & INTERNATIONAL)

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO / FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.

Some items sold by MOIRA Cosmetics Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipping for these items is dictated by these regulations. At MOIRA Cosmetics Online, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

Returns & Replacements

  • At MOIRA Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased from MOIRA Cosmetics online, you may return the unused portion for exchange or refund.
  • SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE CREDITED FOR RETURN ITEMS.
  • Exceptions to this can be made on a case-by-case basis in the event of a defect or wrong item shipped.
  • When returning items, please return by USPS only. SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURNED ITEMS (BASED ON DEFECT/WRONG ITEM SHIPPED) WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY OTHER METHODS.

Contact us

  • Our online service team will provide you with assistance and information you require to complete your return/exchange.
  • Please be sure to let us know in your email:
  • Which item you would like to return.
  • The reason for your return.

Print your invoice

  • Print a copy of your invoice to include in your shipment

Pack and ship

  • Carefully pack items into envelope or box and include the printed copy of your invoice.
  • Seal the package and take to your nearest USPS location
  • Buy a return label to MOIRA Cosmetics and send your items back to us.

Once received, returns are processed within 7-10 business days. The time to post a credit to your account may vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact your issuing bank for details.

If you are exchanging for a different item, it will be completed in two steps. First, you will receive a credit for the items you are returning. Second, a new order will be processed for the items requested in exchange.

How to Pack Return Items

  • Please pack all items in one package box and have the following items inside the return box:
  • All items in their original packaging
  • A printed out copy of your invoice indicating which items are being returned (highlight, circle, or mark clearly please).
  • A note indicating the reason(s) for return.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order as long as your order is still in process.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order.
  • Please allow 5 business days to process the order cancellation.
