There is a limit of one entry per person, and the competition is free to enter.
The Prize
The winning prize will be "Soft Blush Balms Collection"
The use of specific brands as prizes by Moira Cosmetics, Inc. does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

Winner Announcement
The winners will be chosen at random and notified via the Instagram Direct Message from @moiracosmetics Instagram page.
Moira Cosmetics, Inc. will make two attempts to contact the winners via Direct Message.
If the winners do not respond to the Messages informing them of their win within 48 hours of the first message, they forfeit their right to the prize, and Moira Cosmetics, Inc. reserves the right to select and notify a new winner.
Delivery of the Prize
The winner will allow 14 days for the prize to be delivered. Moira Cosmetics is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages.
Data Protection and Publicity
You agree that any personal information you provide when entering the competition will be used by Moira Cosmetics, Inc. for the purposes of administering the competition and for the other purposes as specified in our Privacy Policy.
All entrants may request information on the winning participant by emailing help@moirabeauty.com.
The winner's first name or Instagram username will be announced on Moira Cosmetics, Inc.'s website and social media channels.
Limitation of Liability
Moira Cosmetics, Inc. accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.

Moira Cosmetics, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
