Please read and understand the following terms before joining our program. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to abide by these terms:
1. Enrollment:
Participation in the Moira Cosmetics Affiliate Program is free and open to individuals who meet our criteria.
You must complete the affiliate application via Shopify Collabs accurately and provide valid and up-to-date information.
2. Eligibility
Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
Affiliates should have a well-maintained online presence, such as social media accounts, or YouTube channels, with a focus on beauty, makeup, or related topics.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities:
Promote Moira Cosmetics products in a truthful and respectful manner.
Use accurate and up-to-date affiliate links and promotional materials provided by Moira Cosmetics.
Comply with all relevant laws and regulations while promoting our products.
Do not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
4. SOCIAL MEDIA
Promotion on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other social media platforms is permitted following these general guidelines:
You must comply with all terms, conditions, guidelines, and rules set forth by the applicable social media platform provider, and shall not take any actions that would put us in violation of such requirements.
If you tag Moira Cosmetics on social media, you acknowledge and agree that Moira Cosmetics shall have the right to organically repost any such tagged content on Moira Cosmetics owned and operated social media channels and websites with attribution to you.
5. Commission:
Affiliates will earn a commission on eligible sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
Commission rates and structures will be communicated upon acceptance into the affiliate program.
Commission is calculated based on the final sale amount after any discounts or returns.
6. Payment
Commissions will be paid on a regular schedule, usually monthly or as specified in the affiliate program details.
A minimum earnings threshold for payment may apply and will be communicated during the enrollment process.
Payments will typically be made via electronic payment methods.
7. Brand Guidelines:
Affiliates should adhere to Moira Cosmetics' brand guidelines and use approved logos and imagery in their promotional materials.
Do not alter, modify, or misrepresent Moira Cosmetics' branding in any way.
8. Termination:
WMoira Cosmetics reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms, unethical behavior, or any other reason deemed appropriate.
Affiliates may also terminate their participation by giving prior written notice.
9. Confidentiality:
All confidential information shared by Moira Cosmetics should be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties.
10. Modifications:
Moira Cosmetics reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
11. Agreement Acceptance:
By participating in the Moira Cosmetics Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
