It’s a beautiful color of eyeliner, and maybe it’s just because sometimes I get shaky hands, but it isn’t super easy to make a straight clean line. I had to put twoish layers of the liner for it to be vibrant like in the photos, but that part is understandable. Overall it’s really pretty! Just might take a learning curve to master. Lastly, I used it on its own with no eyeshadow underneath because I feel that’s when it is most vibrant.
Update: it was kinda hot outside today and the eyeliner straight up started re-liquifying, on my lid. It started feeling wet and i was nervous it would mess up my makeup. Maybe I should’ve used more setting spray, but this was a bit disappointing because the color really is pretty.

A bright sparkly blue - lovely. The color is a kind of Pacific Ocean blue color, with no blackish base, which I do like; in fact, it has the blue hue as the base. Easy to make fine or thicker lines and makes for a lovely pop. If you pat it down to be diffused eyeshadow, over skin tone, the blue base color gets patted out while the sparkles, which seem to be also pinkish-iridescent in addition to baby blue sparkles, sit on top. I do like how this formula is versatile and you can use it as a precise, opaque glimmering liner or turn it into a sparkly eyeshadow.
