Complete Mattifying Primer

IMO Moira has the best Primers on the market. All work as described, this one is a mattifying and it does just that without all the tightness that comes along with some of the other brands, but works better for me.

This is the best mattifying primer and it' so affordable! I have oily skin and want my makeup to last all day - 12+ hours. I have oily eyelids too and I use this on my T-zone and eyelids. I tried it all over my face one day and it was too much matte for my liking, so now I use it in the very oily areas only. I used to have an issue with my waterproof mascara giving me raccoon eyes after 8 hours of makeup wear because of my eyelid oil... NOT WITH THIS! I love this stuff!

This is the best matte primer for acne prone skin because it doesn’t have silicones. It makes skin so smooth and it dries down fast and doesn’t pill. I’m so glad I found this because unlike most people I don’t like looking to glowy or dewy . I want my skin to look like skin and this helps take away any unwanted shine perfectly 💜💜💜
