I am super picky about my eyeliner and I LOVE the shimmer, shine and staying power of this one. I know customers will love this (and all of the lip oils!)
First off, I'd say the name is perfect. The base color is this warm, orangey, rosy-tan color that gives that sunkissed vibe; and that warm hue provides a fun contrast with the cool green-blue sparkles that sit on top and remind me of a summer sun hitting the surface of a swimming pool. It's both colorful and spicy while being very wearable and versatile.
People say that this looks similar to UD's Moondust eyeshadow in Solstice. I can't speak to that since I don't have Solstice, but I do have ColourPop's Rooftop Cocktails. Rooftop Cocktails is different even though it has a somewhat similar idea; it reminds me a little of Christmas, but in a subtle and very wearable way- the base is a subdued reddish clay color, while the sparkles are green. Overall Summer Dream feels warmer and is much more sparkly.
I would say another related shade is Moira's Lucent Cream Shadow in Jupiter. Jupiter is the more neutral version of a similar color idea- it's light teal sparkles on top of a camel/tan base. By contrast, Summer Dream is a more colorful version of that idea. Jupiter is also great, but for a different vibe - depends on what you like!
