MOIRA Double Ended Gel & Liquid Liner is a waterproof, smudge-proof, and smooth application pen. The highly pigmented formula of gel and liner easily glides to create dramatic or natural lines for all-day wear!

HOW TO USE:

1. Shake well before use for maximum ink flow for liquid liner.
2. Sweep pen along the lash line to create a thin line or for a bold look, position ink pen at an angle and drag liner upwards to get your desired look.

*Store with the tip facing down to avoid dry out.

The Best

This double ended liner is incredible. The pencil side is soft, yet stays all day. The liquid liner is easy to work with, and also stays all day! I am extremely impressed and will buy some more colors!
