The eye liner has been great I've been using it for a while now but I noticed this time I used it maybe 4 times it goes on great on my waterline but after that it's like dry so I opened another one thinking maybe it's just a bad liner and nope it happened again not sure if they changed it but please go back to how it used to be

This navy eyeliner is so flattering on my blue eyes. It’s smooth, lasts all day and stays even on my waterline. I ran out recently and tried some other brands including high end and none of them would glide on the waterline like this does! Will repurchase again and again.

Smooth, creamy, and goes on easily!
It is a beautiful color. But this is the only eyeliner that came in broken and very, very dry. The rest of the eyeliners went on the eye smoothly.
