A bright, shimmery, electric blue - lovely. Easy to make fine or thicker lines and makes for a lovely pop. If you pat it down to be diffused eyeshadow, over skin tone, the blue base color gets patted out while the sparkles, which seem to be pinkish-iridescent rather than blue themselves, sit on top. I haven't yet tried patting it atop a dark shadow base, want to try that.
I liked this more than I expected! It looks and works exactly as shown. The versatility is also so cool - that you can either treat it has a shimmer/glitter shadow if you pat it out, or, it can absolutely deliver a high-visibility, sharp/fine, opaque, liquid metal-look line. Thrills as a shade worked exactly as I hoped it would on me - a slightly warm, silvery color (I have warm-neutral light-medium skin). I was interested in Silver Moon, but was concerned it might be a bit cool on me or too flashy, so I went for Thrills - but was concerned it might be kind of a warm pearl color, which could disappear on my skin tone. But no - Thrills absolutely can work like a bright silvery liner. Maybe a good way to think of the color is like a silvery white gold metal color. Love it. I also think it's neat that they included a sort of strainer inside the tube that prevents you from having a lumpy brush tip each time. It's really easy to use. 10/10. I'm just curious to see now whether it will dry out quickly before I'm finished with the tube - we'll see. Lastly, about the packaging - wasn't hard for me at all. You just have to find the clear seal sticker, peel it or slice it open, and you can open the end of the box.
