The multichrome eyeliner was amazing
It's not that I don't like their products, but I never received my order and I sent them several emails about it but they never answered. I searched a little bit on their website to find out I was responsible to file a claim for a missing package with USPS but on the USPS's website, it says that the company that send the package is responsible to file a claim. So really poor customer service.
Creamy and sparkly! I like the color. It's not too dark, which was my original concern. The base color is this kind of soft somewhat dark neutral that kind of reminds me of the color of adzuki - mauve-taupe muted slight dark brown color. The sparkles are a sort of light cornflower blue. Easy to blend out. Love it!
