MOIRA Loose Control Pigment is an ultra-fine loose powder that offers highly concentrated shimmer on the eyes, face, and lips. Use alone or blend colors for a high impact and long-lasting multidimensional look. Add a dose of sparkle to any eye look.

Apply Loose Control Pigment to the area of choice with a brush or fingertips.

INGREDIENTS

From top-bottom, Endurance (red/green shift), Whatever (pink/blue), Escapades (yellow gold/bronze) and On the Run (lilac). These are VERY pigmented! You literally need a few granules and while I usually don’t like loose shadows since they’re messy and fall-outy, these are so amazing. They last on the eyes well and I imagine, depending on your skin tone, they could double-up as a highlighter or even lip toppers. I’m so happy with them!
